1. Data Controller
Under the "Rit" application, your personal data is processed by Zerone Teknoloji A.Ş. ("Company") acting as the data controller in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Law.
2. Processed Data and Purpose
- Identity and Contact Data: Email address and alias provided during registration. Purpose: Ensuring account security and creating your platform identity.
- Content Data (Voice Recordings): Voice files you share (Rit) on the platform. Purpose: Fulfilling the core social media function of the app.
- Device and Usage Data: Device tokens, crash reports (via Sentry). Purpose: Improving app performance, detecting errors, and delivering push notifications.
3. Processing of Voice Data
Recorded voice files are processed on your device until you press the "Share" button. Shared files are securely stored on our cloud servers (Supabase). Even if voice effects are used to mask the voice, you accept that the original voice wave is kept encrypted on our servers.
4. Deletion of Data
Users can permanently and irreversibly delete their accounts, all voice recordings, and personal data from our systems by following the "Settings > Delete My Account" steps within the app.
